MS Excel Display is the interface or screen where you can enter data, apply formulas, create charts, and analyze data in a spreadsheet. Below is a detailed description of the main components of MS Excel:

১. টাইটেল বার (Title Bar):

টাইটেল বারটি স্ক্রীনের উপরের দিকে অবস্থিত এবং এটি আপনার ফাইলের নাম এবং সফটওয়্যারের নাম দেখায়।

The title bar is located at the top of the screen, displaying the name of your file and the name of the software.

২. রিবন (Ribbon):

রিবন হলো MS Excel-এর উপরের অংশে থাকা টুলবার, যা বিভিন্ন ফাংশন, ফর্মুলা, এবং অপশন সরবরাহ করে। এটি "ফাইল," "হোম," "ইনসার্ট," "পেজ লেআউট," "ফর্মুলা," "ডাটা," "রিভিউ," এবং "ভিউ" ইত্যাদি ট্যাব নিয়ে গঠিত।

The ribbon is the toolbar at the top of MS Excel, providing various functions, formulas, and options. It consists of tabs like "File," "Home," "Insert," "Page Layout," "Formulas," "Data," "Review," and "View."

৩. ওয়ার্কশিট এলাকা (Worksheet Area):

ওয়ার্কশিট এলাকা হলো সেলসমূহের একটি গ্রিড যেখানে আপনি ডেটা এন্ট্রি করতে পারেন। প্রত্যেকটি সেল একটি নির্দিষ্ট ঠিকানায় অবস্থান করে, যেমন A1, B2 ইত্যাদি। এখানে আপনি ডেটা প্রবেশ করাতে এবং ফর্মুলা প্রয়োগ করতে পারেন।

The worksheet area is the grid of cells where you can enter data. Each cell has a specific address like A1, B2, etc. You can enter data and apply formulas here.

৪. স্টেটাস বার (Status Bar):

স্টেটাস বার স্ক্রিনের নিচে অবস্থিত এবং এটি আপনার বর্তমান কার্যক্রমের অবস্থা দেখায়। এটি গড় (Average), যোগফল (Sum), সংখ্যা (Count) ইত্যাদি পরিসংখ্যান প্রদর্শন করে।

The status bar is located at the bottom of the screen and shows the status of your current activity. It displays statistics such as Average, Sum, Count, and more.

৫. ফর্মুলা বার (Formula Bar):

ফর্মুলা বারটি ওয়ার্কশিটের উপরের অংশে অবস্থিত, যা ব্যবহারকারীদের সেল বা ফর্মুলার বিষয়বস্তু সম্পাদনা করতে সহায়তা করে।

The formula bar is located above the worksheet, allowing users to edit the contents or formulas of a cell.

৬. শিট ট্যাব (Sheet Tab):

শিট ট্যাবগুলো ওয়ার্কবুকের নিচে অবস্থান করে, যা আপনাকে বিভিন্ন শিটের মধ্যে সহজে নেভিগেশন করতে সাহায্য করে।

The sheet tabs are located at the bottom of the workbook, allowing easy navigation between different sheets.

৭. স্ক্রল বার (Scroll Bar):

স্ক্রল বার ওয়ার্কশিটের ডান এবং নিচের দিকে অবস্থিত। এর সাহায্যে আপনি উপরে-নিচে বা ডানে-বামে স্ক্রল করে পুরো শীট দেখতে পারেন।

The scroll bar is located on the right and bottom sides of the worksheet. It allows you to scroll up-down or left-right to view the entire sheet.

৮. জুম (Zoom):

জুম ফিচারটি আপনাকে ওয়ার্কশিটের ভিউ বাড়াতে বা ছোট করতে সাহায্য করে। এটি স্টেটাস বারের ডান দিকে অবস্থিত এবং আপনি এটি ব্যবহার করে শীটের দৃশ্যমানতা বাড়াতে বা কমাতে পারেন।

The Zoom feature helps you increase or decrease the view of the worksheet. It is located on the right side of the status bar, and you can use it to adjust the visibility of the sheet.

৯. নাম বক্স (Name Box):

নাম বক্স ফর্মুলা বারের বাম পাশে অবস্থিত। এটি বর্তমানে নির্বাচিত সেলের নাম বা ঠিকানা প্রদর্শন করে, যেমন A1, B2 ইত্যাদি।

The name box is located to the left of the formula bar. It displays the name or address of the currently selected cell, such as A1, B2, etc.
